Julien specializes in tax and business law. He is particularly interested in tax and corporate issues concerning small and medium-sized businesses and their shareholders, in connection with corporate reorganizations, business purchases/sales and estate planning. Julien’s work involves drafting shareholder agreements and advising clients on the protection and transfer of assets. He also regularly acts on behalf of entrepreneurs and investors in setting up and financing real estate projects.
Since 2006, Julien holds a master’s degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is the founder of the La Relève committee of the Association de planification fiscale et financière. (La Relève committee of the Fiscal and Financial Planning Association)
